Assess Training Impact, Optimize Learning Outcomes, and Demonstrate ROI

The Training Evaluator course is a five-day advanced program in Accordemy®’s Trainer Development Program (TDP), designed for professionals tasked with measuring the effectiveness and impact of training initiatives. This course equips participants with the tools, models, and analytical skills needed to plan, implement, and report on training evaluations across all phases—baseline, midterm, and post-intervention.

In a world where learning and development budgets are increasingly scrutinized, the ability to demonstrate training impact is no longer optional—it’s essential. This course provides the skills to show clear, data-backed connections between training activities and performance outcomes.

Whether you’re an experienced trainer, an M&E (Monitoring & Evaluation) specialist, or an L&D leader, Training Evaluator empowers you to turn data into insights and training into measurable value.
