The Accordemy® Certified Trainer Level 3, associated with the Master Trainer Course, is a pivotal achievement in the Trainer Development Program (TDP). This certification formally recognizes trainers who have moved beyond facilitation into leadership, mentorship, and strategic learning influence. The Certified Trainer Level 3 validates that a trainer can:

  • Incorporate innovation, advanced methodologies, and technology into training design and delivery
  • Evaluate and improve facilitation performance across teams

The Master Trainer certification is a symbol of leadership and instructional expertise. It is ideal for professionals who are stepping into roles such as senior trainer, L&D coordinator, curriculum lead, or training consultant.

To apply for the Certified Trainer Level 3, candidates must:

  • Hold a valid (Accordemy® CT) Level 2: Advanced T.O.T. certificate
  • Complete the Training of Master Trainers (ToMT) course offered by Accordemy® or equivalent
  • Prepare to complete a secure, online certification exam using Safe Exam Browser (SEB)
  • Complete the exam process within a 30-day window from registration

Note: All Accordemy® certifications are valid for three (3) years, and participants must hold valid credentials to progress through the TDP.

  • The Certified Trainer Level 3 is valid for 3 years
  • Renewal options include:
    • Retaking the exam
    • Submitting a professional development portfolio
    • Completing a refresher or specialized update training
  • A valid certificate is required to proceed to Level 4 certification programs

Upon completing either specialization, you become eligible to pursue the final credential in the TDP: (Accordemy® CT) Level 5: Training Manager.
